Cancellation policy and return policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To process your cancellation as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

• Your order number
• The name of the ordered product
• Your full name and address

After receiving your cancellation, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the goods.

Returns
Returns are processed through our logistics center in China. The exact return address will be communicated to you after we contact you.

Please note:

• You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the goods were delivered damaged or faulty.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
